Refund/Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Policy

Effective Date: 1 st October 2023

Thank you for choosing Doctors' Host for your service needs. We strive to provide the best experience for our customers. This Cancellation and Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions for cancellations and refunds of our services. Please review this Policy carefully before making any bookings.

Refund Processing Time

  • Your refund will be processed within 20 business days from the date of cancellation.
  • Please note that the refunded amount may take additional time to appear in your account,

Cancellation and Refund Eligibility

  • Cancellations made at least 7 days prior to the scheduled arrival date will be eligible for a full refund, minus an administrative fee.
  • Cancellations made before 48 hours (2 days) before the scheduled arrival date will be eligible for a 50% refund.
  • Cancellations made within 48 hours (2 days) of the scheduled arrival date or in case of a no-show will not be eligible for any refund.
  • Some bookings may be non-refundable or subject to special terms and conditions. These will be clearly indicated during the booking process, and separate cancellation policies may apply.

Please note that the hotel cancellation policy is separate from the Doctors' Host cancellation policy. Refer to the hotel's specific cancellation terms when booking to determine if it is refundable or non-refundable. Doctors' Host is not responsible for refunding any payments if the hotel's cancellation policy differs.

Unforeseen Circumstances

In the event of unforeseen circumstances beyond our control, such as natural disasters, severe weather conditions, or government-imposed restrictions, we reserve the right to modify or cancel your reservation without any liability.

Refund Method

The refund will be issued through the original form of payment used during the booking process.

Booking Restrictions and Account Suspension

We reserve the right to restrict your ability to make bookings, cancel any existing bookings you have made, and/or suspend your access to our Platform, Customer Service, and/or your Account if there is a valid reason to do so. Valid reasons may include but are not limited to:

  • Fraudulent or abusive behavior.
  • Non-compliance with our values or applicable laws and regulations.
  • Engagement in inappropriate or unlawful activities directed towards us, our partner companies, or any other individuals.

If we cancel a booking due to the above reasons, you will not be entitled to a refund. We may provide an explanation for the cancellation unless doing so would violate applicable laws or hinder the detection or prevention of fraud or illegal activities. If you believe that your booking was cancelled in error, please contact our Customer Service team for assistance.

Currency Exchange and Transaction Fees

  • Certain banks and card companies may impose a transaction fee on their account holders when the card issuer and the merchant location (as defined by the card brand, e.g., Visa, MasterCard, etc.) are in different countries.
  • The determination of the currency exchange rate, if applicable, and any transaction fee is solely at the discretion of the bank or agency processing the transaction.
  • These fees may be charged by the card issuer to the cardholder's account and will be listed separately from the transaction amount on the credit or debit card statement.
  • The amount shown on your credit or debit card statement may differ from the figure displayed on the billing summary page on our website.
  • If you have any inquiries regarding these fees or the exchange rate applied to your booking, please contact your bank for further clarification.

We recommend that you carefully review this Policy and contact our Customer Service team if you have any questions or concerns regarding cancellations or refunds. By making a booking with Doctors' Host, you acknowledge and agree to comply with the terms and conditions outlined in this Policy.
